Yes you heard it! I heart paper Valentines! I made this one last year. I don't know why but I love to sew paper for Valentines. I guess it's the love I have for texture or how cute and creative you can get with them. I don't know. But they are fun! This one was kind of an accident by happenstance but Im happy with it just the same. :) I hope you enjoy and have fun making yours. Let me know how yours turns out! Id LOVE to see them. :) Also this project was featured on AllFreeHolidayCrafts so check them out! They have lots of cute crafty ideas! Happy Love Day!
Materials:
Paper
Scissors
Material of choice
Needle
Pen
Step 1: Making Ruffles
Im in love with ruffles lately.
Take your needle, thread it. Knot the end so fabric will stay in place. Insert needle like so (see picture)

Once you get to the end of your string, tie a knot in the end so you don't loose your ruffles. :)
Step 2: Cut Out Paper and Sew
Cut out a heart shaped piece of paper. It can be whatever color or pattern you'd like. Then rethread and knot needle if necessary. Start sewing your ruffles onto your paper with a straight stitch.

Step 3: Love Note
Have fun and Happy Love Day everyone! Loves!
Rachel
